Why SweetHands?
SweetHands Stickhandling will greatly improve your speed, timing, eye and stick coordination, precision, puck control, touch, feel and consistency when handling a puck or stick handling ball. These skills will be achieved by maneuvering a puck or ball in and out of SweetHands forcing the player to lift their stick up and over the connecting arm and regaining control of the puck or ball.

By having to lift your stick up and over the connecting arm, you will be delayed in recovering the puck or ball. This delay will force you to roll the wrist of your controlling hand, or top hand, to recover the puck or ball. The rolling of the wrist is critical to the improvement of all stickhandling skills. Stickhandling is a skill that is never perfected and must be constantly practiced, even at the college and professional levels.

After technically mastering each individual skill, the player will advance to higher speed movement drills as well as partner passing, utilizing forehand, backhand and saucer passing.

Product Details:
SweetHands comes in eight one foot sections to make either one eight foot unit or two four foot units. The product comes with two end pieces, which consist of two bases connected by an arm, and six middle pieces, which consist of one base and an arm. SweetHands is light weight and easy to carry in your hockey bag with all your gear - total weight is less than nine pounds. SweetHands also comes with small spikes that screw into the base to help minimize sliding when using SweetHands on ice.

NOTE: SweetHands 2 in 1 -SweetHands can be used as one 8 foot piece or two four foot pieces. Vary your drills with the two sizes for maximum effectiveness.
