Your SweetHands Hockey Trainer will come with a drill booklet. More advanced stickhandling drills and exercises are included in the drill booklet. You can also create your own drills that you can use in your driveway or on the ice. Click on the video links below to see some examples of just a few drills you can execute on your own.
